While I’m present 90% of the time, there are instances where I train alongside past players I’ve coached or with coaches who’ve played at the collegiate or professional level. On rare occasions when I’m unavailable, our highly skilled team of trainers, who are well-versed in the latest training techniques, take the helm.

Rest assured, even in my absence, the training remains top-tier. Our team comprises trainers who are past players I’ve coached, as well as coaches who’ve played both college and professional basketball. They’re locked in and adhere to our high standards.

There aren’t any strict prerequisites. We cater to all skill levels. Whether your child is a beginner or already advanced, our program is tailored to meet them where they are and help them elevate their game.

Parents are welcome to observe sessions, as we believe in maintaining transparency in our training methods. However, we encourage a supportive atmosphere and minimal distractions for optimal learning.

We participate in local travel games on weekends, allowing our trainees to apply their learned skills in real-game scenarios. Tournament costs are $75 for two games, typically played either back-to-back or in a “play, sit, play” format. All games are at either the Waukegan Field House or the Romeoville Athletic and Event Center. Players are typically notified of these games and locations one to two weeks in advance. Each game day requires a commitment of 3-4 hours. Game times are communicated either on Wednesday night or Thursday before the upcoming Saturday or Sunday.

Players are selected based on the first 7/8 kids that respond to the tournament notification email. Occasionally, when a large number of kids sign up, we register teams according to their playing level to ensure a competitive and fair environment.

We offer numerous days to accommodate children’s busy schedules, ensuring they can integrate elite training into their routines. If a session is missed, players can always catch up in subsequent sessions. Our trainers are always available to assist and ensure no one is left behind.

Player safety is paramount. All our drills and training techniques are designed to push players while ensuring they’re safe. We also maintain a strict policy against any form of bullying or inappropriate behavior.

Absolutely. I believe in open communication and encourage parents to reach out with any concerns, feedback, or even words of appreciation. We’re here to ensure the best for your child.
